We start with a reinforced cotton braiding and iron wire, then carefully sew into this a layer of feathers. Each layer of feathers is a "ply." To this we add further layers to the desired quantity ordered.
The more "plys" you require, the more feathers are incorporated on the boa or fringe and the more luxurious it is and the more expensive it is.
Available natural color or dyed in many colours.
